Urshifu VMAX 088/163 is from Battle Styles, the Sword and Shield era set built around the Single Strike and Rapid Strike themes that Urshifu itself embodies. This is the Urshifu VMAX, the Dynamax form of the Wushu Pokemon, a card that fit naturally into the set given how closely Urshifu is tied to the two battle styles.
VMAX cards depict a Pokemon V that has Dynamaxed, carrying very high HP and powerful attacks while giving up three prizes when knocked out. They sit among the marquee pulls of the sets they appear in. Urshifu was one of the faces of the Battle Styles release, so this VMAX is a card collectors associate strongly with the set's identity. The 088/163 number places it within the main set rather than the secret rare range. Players value the heavy hitting attacks, while collectors like it as a centrepiece of a Battle Styles run, with mint copies being the ones most worth holding.
