This is Umbreon V, card TG22 from the Trainer Gallery subset of Brilliant Stars. The Trainer Gallery debuted with Brilliant Stars as a numbered run (TG22 of TG30) that sits apart from the main set, gathering character focused artwork into one popular gallery. Umbreon is one of the most loved Eeveelutions, so its Trainer Gallery cards tend to be among the more sought after entries in the run.
As a Pokemon V, this card uses the single-stage, high HP mechanic of the Sword and Shield era, where a knockout awards an extra prize card. Trainer Gallery V cards are often shown alongside a trainer, giving the artwork a narrative feel that distinguishes them from their main set versions.
Collectors look for TG22 to complete the Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery, to build an Eeveelution or Umbreon collection, or for the artwork that makes this card a favourite.
