Sordward and Shielbert TG28/TG30 is a Trainer Gallery card from Silver Tempest, the English set that brought the Sword and Shield era to a close. The Trainer Gallery is a special subset, numbered with a TG prefix, that places trainer characters and their Pokemon together in a single piece of artwork.
This card features Sordward and Shielbert, the rival brothers who play a memorable part in the Galar storyline. Trainer Gallery cards are popular because they spotlight the people of the Pokemon world rather than the Pokemon alone, and the TG28/TG30 placement puts this one near the top of the thirty card Trainer Gallery run.
Collectors look for Trainer Gallery cards to complete the TG subset within Silver Tempest or to build a themed collection of trainer artwork across sets. Clean, well centred copies in mint condition are the ones most sought after for binders and display.
