This is Scorbunny SV015/SV122 from the Shining Fates set, a Sword and Shield era release. The SV prefix marks it as part of the Shiny Vault, a special subset of Shining Fates that gathers shiny versions of Pokemon in their own dedicated numbering. The Shiny Holo tag confirms this is a shiny treatment, with the alternate colour scheme and holo finish that define the subset.
Scorbunny is a starter Pokemon from the Galar region and the first stage of the Cinderace line, a popular choice among players who began their journey in Sword and Shield. Shiny Vault cards are sought after because the subset is harder to complete than the main set, and shiny variants of well loved starters tend to attract particular attention. Collectors look for SV015 both to fill out a full Shiny Vault run and as a standout shiny version of a fan favourite starter. It is a tidy pick for anyone collecting Galar starters or building towards a complete Shining Fates Shiny Vault.
