This is Regieleki VMAX, card number 058/195 from the English Silver Tempest set. Regieleki is one of the Legendary titans introduced in the Galar region, and seeing it in VMAX form brings that Legendary status onto one of the most powerful card types of the Sword and Shield era.
The VMAX mechanic represents the Dynamax and Gigantamax forms from the games, giving the Pokemon a very high HP pool and strong attacks, at the cost of handing the opponent extra prize cards when it is knocked out. VMAX cards are printed with bold, oversized artwork and a foil finish that fills the card.
Silver Tempest was one of the final main sets of the Sword and Shield run, and its VMAX cards are popular with collectors building binders from that era. This Regieleki VMAX suits Legendary collectors, Silver Tempest set builders, and fans of the larger VMAX card style.
