This is Pikachu V, card TG16 from the Trainer Gallery subset of the Lost Origin set. The Trainer Gallery is a numbered run that sits apart from the main set, marked with a TG prefix (here TG16 of TG30), and it gathers some of the most collectable artwork from the era. Pikachu is the mascot of the Pokemon franchise, so any new Pikachu card tends to draw plenty of attention from collectors.
As a Pokemon V, this card belongs to the high HP, single-stage mechanic introduced in the Sword and Shield era, where a knockout gives an extra prize to the opponent. Trainer Gallery cards pair these powerful Pokemon with character focused art that often features a trainer alongside the Pokemon.
Collectors look for TG16 to round out a Lost Origin Trainer Gallery set, to build a Pikachu collection, or simply for the artwork. It remains a favourite pickup for fans of the Trainer Gallery format.
