Phoebe is a Trainer card from Battle Styles, a Sword and Shield era set. As a Supporter, it brings a useful effect to a deck rather than featuring a Pokemon, and it draws on a recognisable Elite Four character from the Hoenn region games.
This is the 175/163 print, a number sitting above the set total of 163, which marks it as a secret rare. It carries the Rainbow treatment, giving the card its textured multi coloured finish that collectors associate with the top of a set. Rainbow secret rare Trainers appear far less often than the standard versions, which is a large part of why character cards in this style hold steady interest.
Collectors look for the Phoebe rainbow both as a chase card for a complete Battle Styles secret rare run and as a favourite among fans of the game's Elite Four. The colourful finish makes it a strong display piece alongside the rest of a set's high end rarities.
