Mew VMAX TG30/TG30 comes from Lost Origin, an English set in the Sword and Shield series. The TG number marks it as part of the Trainer Gallery, a special subset within the set that gives selected cards distinctive artwork. As TG30 of TG30, this is the final card in that Trainer Gallery run.
This is a VMAX card. VMAX cards represent the Dynamax form of a Pokemon, a mechanic from the Sword and Shield era that shows the Pokemon at an enormous, powered up size. They evolve from a matching V card and bring high hit points and strong attacks, which made them headline cards across the series.
Mew is one of the original mythical Pokemon from the Kanto days, a perennial favourite whose cards always attract interest. The pairing of Mew with the VMAX mechanic, the special Trainer Gallery artwork and its place as the closing card of the subset makes this a card Lost Origin collectors enjoy tracking down.
