Mew V 250/264 is a Full Art ultra rare from Fusion Strike, the English expansion released in November 2021 that introduced the Fusion Strike battle style to the Pokemon TCG. Mew sits at the centre of this set's identity, and this Full Art print is one of the most recognised cards from it. The card features extended artwork that fills the entire frame with a textured foil finish, giving it a very different look in hand compared with the standard holo version.

As a Pokemon V, this card is the modern evolution of the EX mechanic: a Basic Pokemon with higher HP and stronger attacks, balanced by giving up two Prize cards when knocked out. Mew V also saw genuine competitive play as the engine of the Mew VMAX deck, which kept demand steady well beyond the set's release.
