This is Kricketune V Full Art from Battle Styles, a Sword and Shield era expansion. The Full Art treatment extends the artwork across the entire card, with the illustration breaking out of the usual window to fill the frame, and a textured finish that collectors associate with the premium V cards of the period.
As a Pokemon V card, Kricketune V is a single prize stage that brought higher hit points and stronger attacks to the game during the Sword and Shield run. The card carries the number 142/163, placing it among the later numbered cards in the Battle Styles set where the Full Art versions sit. Kricketune does not always receive the spotlight that flagship Pokemon get, so its Full Art V is a welcome pickup for collectors who enjoy seeking out the less common Pokemon in full art form, whether for a Battle Styles set run or a focused personal collection.
