Jynx EX 124/165 comes from the 151 set, the Scarlet and Violet era release that revisits the original Kanto lineup with modern card designs. This is the Jynx ex, featuring the Human Shape Pokemon from the first generation, presented here in the popular 151 frame. Its tags list it as a Double Rare, the rarity tier used for ex cards in current sets.
As an ex card, Jynx ex carries higher HP and stronger attacks than a standard print, with the trade off of giving up extra prizes when knocked out. The 151 set has stayed in steady demand because it pairs nostalgic Kanto Pokemon with the ex mechanic, and Double Rare ex cards are among the cards collectors look for when completing the set. The 124/165 number places it within the main set. Jynx is a recognisable original generation Pokemon, which keeps interest steady, and mint copies are the ones most collectors want to keep.
