This is Greedent VMAX, card number 218/264 from the English Fusion Strike set. Greedent is the evolved form of Skwovet, a Galar region Pokemon known for its cheek stuffing, hoarding habit, and its VMAX form scales that cheeky design up into one of the bigger cards of its era.
The VMAX mechanic represents the Dynamax and Gigantamax forms from the games, giving the Pokemon a very high HP pool and strong attacks, balanced by handing the opponent extra prize cards when it is knocked out. VMAX cards are printed with bold, oversized artwork and a full foil finish that fills the card face.
Fusion Strike was one of the largest Sword and Shield sets, packed with cards across many rarities. This Greedent VMAX suits collectors completing Fusion Strike, fans of the VMAX card style, or anyone who enjoys Greedent's playful design.
