This is Golem ex from the 151 set, the Scarlet and Violet release that brings the original Kanto line up back into the modern game. The card is numbered 189/165, and because the first number sits above the set total of 165, it falls beyond the standard numbered cards in the chase bracket.
The ex mechanic marks a Pokemon as one of the stronger options in the game, carrying higher hit points and powerful attacks, with a knock out handing the opponent extra prize cards. This copy is listed as an ultra rare, the finish reserved for the more sought after ex printings. Golem has been a familiar Kanto presence since the first generation, so its ex card appeals to players and collectors alike.
If you are filling out the 151 ex cards or putting together a Geodude line collection, this raw single is a solid addition.
