This is Gengar VMAX, card 157/264 from the Fusion Strike set. Fusion Strike was the largest main set of the Sword and Shield era, and Gengar VMAX is one of its more recognisable cards. The collector number (157 of 264) places it within the main set rather than above it.
As a VMAX, this card represents the Dynamax evolution of a Pokemon V, carrying very high HP and a powerful attack. VMAX cards are some of the larger, more dramatic cards of the Sword and Shield period, and Gengar has long been a favourite among collectors, which keeps interest in its cards steady.
Collectors look for 157/264 to add a Gengar card to a themed collection, to round out a Fusion Strike set, or simply because Gengar VMAX is a well liked card from a popular set.
