This is Hisuian Electrode V, card 172/196 from the Sword and Shield Lost Origin set released in 2022. Despite the abbreviated store title, this is the Hisuian regional form of Electrode, a Grass type Basic Pokemon V rather than the familiar standard form. The regional variant gives the card a distinct look and a point of difference that regional form collectors tend to favour.
As a Full Art card, the artwork extends across the entire card face, framing Hisuian Electrode in a borderless illustration that sits among the more sought after pulls of the set. With number 172 falling within the 196 card set total, this is a Full Art from the main set numbering rather than a secret rare.
Pokemon V cards have been a staple of the Sword and Shield era, and Full Art versions like this one are popular with players building Lost Origin sets and collectors chasing the complete run of regional form cards.
