This is Electrode from Chilling Reign, the second main series set of the Sword and Shield era. The card carries the number 222/198, and because the first number sits above the set total of 198, it is one of the set's secret rares. Secret rares fall outside the standard numbering and are printed in smaller quantities than the cards that make up the base set.
This particular printing wears a gold treatment, the prized finish reserved for the very top of the Chilling Reign rarity ladder. The metallic gold texturing across the card gives it a look quite different from the holo and rare versions, and collectors tend to chase the gold copies to round off a complete set or to anchor an Electrode collection.
If you are filling gaps in your Chilling Reign secret rares or simply favour the bold gold finish, this is a tidy raw single to add to the binder.
