Duraludon V comes from the Evolving Skies set in the Sword and Shield era. As a V card, Duraludon has the higher hit points and stronger attacks of the V mechanic, with the rule that an opponent takes two prize cards when it is knocked out.
This printing is tagged Full Art and carries the number 197/203. The first number is lower than the set total of 203, so this is not a card that sits above the set list. Instead it is a Full Art version, where the illustration extends across the entire frame of the card and the text panel is laid over the artwork, giving it a very different look from the standard V print.
Full Art V cards are popular with collectors for their expanded artwork, and Duraludon has its own following from the Sword and Shield era. This card is a solid pick up whether you are completing an Evolving Skies collection or gathering Full Art V cards.
