This is Charizard from Evolutions, the holo numbered 11/108. Evolutions was an XY era set released to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the trading card game, and it reimagined cards from the original Base Set with updated framing while keeping the classic look and feel. Charizard 11/108 carries that nostalgic Base Set styling, which is a large part of its appeal.

The holo treatment gives the artwork a reflective foil finish across the picture area, the format collectors have always associated with the headline cards of a set. Charizard is the most collected Pokemon in the hobby, and the Evolutions print gave fans a modern way to own that iconic look at a more attainable level than the original.
